As I slowly opened my exhausted eyes, a red light took my attention. The clock was showing an hour later than I usually get up. I tried to get up quickly but my tired body did not react even though my movements were awkward and my eyes wanted to remain closed. The idea of not attending school crossed my mind for a small time but I listen to a strange beep of my cell that was warning me that I had a new message. It was one of my dear classmates informing me that we would have a review that day. At the time of reading the message I felt under pressure, I hastily dressed myself by taking a wrinkled green shirt that was on one side of the unmade bed and took the same old blue pants that I was wearing the day before. I ran for the bus, the red and blue truck that usually passes every hour and takes me directly to school.

At university I noticed a tall boy who was descending from a grey car, he was Emmanuel a polite classmate. I decided to walk faster to catch him up and not to be the only person late. But the big surprise was when he opened the cold door of the small classroom and saw my friendly classmates with their wide opened as a sign of that awaited hug. Suddenly I started hearing the hoarse voice from one of my sociable classmates singing a birthday song and other harmonious voices joined with his voice forming a melodious chorus. I only felt my blood rushed to my head and my cheeks were beginning to turn bright red. I really did not expect that.

After that I felt the loving hugs of some of my genial classmates. I saw that Selene, a lovely friend, had in her hands a delicious cake with many pink candles lighted and with a gentle voice asked me to go out. It was a small cake covered with delectable chocolate; I started having chocolate craving by just looking it. I blow out the small colorful candles and after removed them I started taking with my finger a little of that appetizing cake. When I tasted the yummy cake I felt like to try the chocolate melted in my mouth and began to enjoy the sweet taste.

Everybody started to make a row to receive a slice of cake, as I slowly withdrew from the tumult to avoid clogging. Suddenly one of my dear friends takes me by the hand and she gave me a very pretty red bag, was a gift! I opened the bag and I saw a small golden tube, I righted out of the bag and I saw that it was a pretty lipstick. I thanked her by saying I liked it. Also, Selene came over and gave me a slightly larger bag that contained a very pretty blue blouse which I touched and it felt very smooth. I thanked her giving her an amorous hug.

It was really surprising to see that my precious friends had prepared all this for me. I felt very honored and above all very happy to see everything they did to celebrate my birthday. This was my first surprise party and I loved being able to enjoy it with my valued colleagues.

Nowadays there are many electronic tools that we can use for our own benefit. In this essay you will find some information about how I started using electronic tools. You will see the usefulness of electronic tools. Also, you will discover how it has influenced in my education and how it is very important to improve my English.

My first contact with a computer was when I was in the secondary school and my first interaction with the internet was in my job. I started using a processor because I needed to pass my computing class. In that class I learned a lot of things about computers and how to use them. However, I had more knowledge about using computers and internet because I started working at a cyber center. In my job I needed to know more about the computer and the internet because I helped people who went to do some homework or write documents. In that place I have learned a lot of things about electronic tools because I have found many uses of computers.

A computer is so useful because you can be in touch with your loved ones and also you can find many things that are functional to do researches and an acceptable work. With chat rooms, e-mails and blogs you can be in contact with your friends and family, also you can communicate with your boss and teachers for some assignments. With the word processors your works will be more presentable and neat. Electronic tools are very beneficial for work and school.

Electronic tools have been very useful in my education. I have used word processors and internet to do some assignments and homework. I have done many researches to do lesson plans and to have more knowledge about whatever I needed. Chat rooms and e-mails have been useful to improve my English because I could have communication with native people through Internet.
The use of electronic tools is so valuable if you take advantages from them. In this essay you found information about how I started using electronic tools in school and in my job. Every person has a great story to tell and one’s own life story is the best to be told. My name is Linda and in this essay you will find some information about me. You will discover who I am, who my family is, and my job. Also, you will see my likes: soccer, music, and if I have a boyfriend or not. You do not know me if you do not know my future plans, so in this essay you will learn about them. You can continue reading and continue knowing me.

My full name is Linda Fabiola Salazar Esparza, I have a great family and an excellent job. I was born in Aguascalientes on September 28, 1987, and I am the oldest of three children in the Salazar Family. I have one brother and one sister. They are very nice, polite, and cute; I love being part of this family. We only live with our father because our mom died some years ago because of Breast cancer, for this reason I have to work in the afternoon to help to support the home bills. Working after school could be difficult for many people but it is not for me. I really like my job because I have a computer with internet to do my homework and to be in contact with my friends.

Talking about things that like, I have to admit that I am crazy about soccer, music, and I love to spend time with my boyfriend. I started playing soccer 13 years ago because my aunt had a team and she needed a new member to complete the team, so I was chosen to be a player. Nowadays, I am part of my town’s selection team and with it I have traveled to other states like San Luis, Queretaro, Monterrey, and so on. Soccer is one of the things that relaxes me, another one is to listen to music. Music like “Il divo” or “Arjona” calm me down, but I prefer Mexican music such as Vicente Fernandez, Antonio Aguilar, among others. I have learned more about music because my boyfriend is a musician and I love to spend time with him.

We have many future plans, but now I have others that I want to achieve first. The principal is my graduation as an English teacher. I want to have good grades and become a great teacher. By having the knowledge and good grades I will obtain a good job as a teacher. Then I could think about getting married and having some children, my own house and a car. Those are my plans after some years of being working because I want to have my own institute maybe with some of my classmates.

Now you know who I am, who my family is, and my job. You also know that I like soccer, music and I am in love with my boyfriend. You discovered my future plans and some thoughts that I have for the future. I hope to achieve all those things and continue having a pleasant life.
